4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required in full at checkout via accepted payment methods (PayStack, credit card, etc.).
• AfroLamps reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. Shipping

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 business days.
• Tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.
• AfroLamps is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs (for international orders).

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• You may return unused items within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless item was damaged or incorrect).
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approved return.

7. Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty on lamp bases and electrical parts for manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by:

• Misuse,
• Exposure to excessive heat, humidity, or sunlight,
• Mishandling or drops,

will not be covered under warranty.
