A Special Order is any item customized per the customer’s request and not listed as a standard product on the AfroLamps website. This includes:

• Custom fabrics or patterns
• Unique lamp base designs
• Bulk or corporate branding requests
• Made-to-measure height or proportions
• Personalized gift inscriptions or cultural themes

Design Approval & Confirmation

• AfroLamps will provide a digital mockup or sample image for approval before production begins.
• The customer must approve the design in writing (email or order form).
• Any changes after confirmation may incur additional fees or delays.

Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
• The balance is payable before dispatch or upon collection, depending on delivery terms.
• For large or international orders, full payment may be requested upfront.

Lead Time

• Standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from approval of design.
• Timelines may vary based on material availability or complexity of the order.
• AfroLamps will communicate any unexpected delays promptly.

Returns & Cancellations

• Special Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
• Cancellation after production begins will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• If AfroLamps is unable to fulfill the order, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery

• Delivery options and costs will be confirmed in the order agreement.
• AfroLamps is not responsible for delays due to third-party couriers or customs for international orders.

Intellectual Property

Warranty
